Me and the Mrs. wanted to do something different for our wedding pieces since we were getting hitched in Turks and Caicos. Naturally, we landed on old school plane tickets and luggage tags! I have a fascination with airline travel back in the 60s and 70s, so I wanted to incorporate some of that nostalgia — along with a tropical feel — in these pieces. The whole set included a Save The Date luggage tag, plane ticket invitation with an RSVP card, invitation pocket, and branded stickers for our party favors — that included local rum among other things :-) I also built a web site for our guests that shared all the important wedding details, things to do on the island, etc.

Being that it was our wedding and all, I wanted to pull out all the stops with this. So I worked with the fine folks at Mama's Sauce for my printing needs. In short, they ROCKED. Our pieces couldn't have turned out any better and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I also created a small "logo," if you will, that we used for smaller items such as our menus, gift bags, and tags.

Well, we got married... so I guess we can chalk that up as a win. Oh, and also, everyone loved the invitaitons and had a blast down there.
